Spreadsheet updates when another is updated

I have two spreadsheets: A and B. B gets all the info from A and as I change the data in A, B reflects that just fine with formulas referencing from it. The problem comes in when I insert a row into A as B shifts the reference and just ignores the new row. Is there a way to make B inserts a new row when A gets a new row?

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
You can't just automatically insert a new row into B without using VBA. I think your best bet would be to reconsider your technique on linking A and B. Do you have to duplicate all of your A data in B? Why not do some sort of summary or subtotaling in A and link those over to B?

As a last resort, you could prepopulate a bunch of cells in B with links, and they'd just show up as blank until you eventually filled their values in A.

I am prepopulating the rows with formulas right now, but if I insert a new row, B is not updating accordingly.
