Stable macro

Hi

Need a stable approach for this. Want activecell, or range, to be the next empty row, but after row 14 (there is a summary above this row). This is so that I may say "create contract" and it will dump my formulae into the next available row.

Help appreciated

Also, i have another function to delete row, how could I make this so that it only works where ActivCell.Rows => 14 ?
