Stacked bar chart error?

Most of my charts are correct except a few.
Using a slicer, I choose the data I want to see in the stacked bar chart.

However some numbers show, 9.3% bar being smaller than the 9% bar.

This 90% of the time it shows correctly, the larger number being taller but there are a few that for some reason, the larger number is the smaller bar.

What is wrong?

No. Just using 2 different totals.
I think I figured a way around it.
That was my only bar chart that I didn't apply a minimum/maximum.

Once I applied that, it shows correctly.

Strange though that the smaller number was showing a bigger bar but only on a handful of them. Otherwise it showed correctly.
