Stacked Bar Chart Formatting

I was wondering if there is a way to make a Stacked Bar Chart automatically order the segments within each bar as data is added.

For example, I am working on a personal finance project where my stacked bar chart has a category (x-axis label) titled "Food" and subcategories "Restaurants" and "Groceries." The subcategories make up each segment of the bar. As the year progresses, one subcategory may be larger than the other, and vice-versa. I would like the larger of the two to always be the first segment (starting at y=0) and the smaller segment to stack on top. Is it possible to have the chart automatically function this way?

I'm working with Excel 2010.
