Staff/Shift Scheduling with Excel

Hi all,

Please I need to use Excel2007 to schedule and monitors agents in a call centre. Agents are broken into teams and will work for certain number of days followed by some off days as well. Please can I get a formula or template to assist..? Thank you

Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
