Standardize the chart size

My problem is that when the screen resolution is changed, the picture of an exported chart does not remain the same. My understanding is that when a chart is created, it's size is dependent on the size of the containing window. I believe that I want to create the same physical sized chart independent of the containing window size. I think this will address my problem. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Dave
