Start macro on change value

I'm not a expert in excel and I need help for a simple question.

I need start a macro when range("A1") is change.

If you are changing the cell manually try

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
If Target.Address = "$A$1" Then
    'your code here
End If
End Sub

this code needs to go into the relevant sheet code window.

I try but is not good.
if I change the value off A1, the macro is execute But if the
cell A1 is "=b3+b4" and I change b3, the cell A1 is change but the macro is not executed.

I try this and the macro is activated if any cell in sheet is change. Not cell A1 only.
