Hi All,

I currently have a spreadsheet that, when a certain boring, monotonous task is done and the user hits save, I have VBA code that plays a funny audio file. Can excel play a video file? I have tried to get it to play one but have had no success.

Any idea?

Derek

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.

hi. If you can convert the video into a flash video format then you can embed this in the workbook and you can even call it up dynamically from a macro as well. Hopefully that gives you starting point to get the ideas flowing.
