Static Summary of workbook?

Hello, I have an Excel workbook that includes many links to internal worksheets and other external workbooks which include many calculations. I need to send a summary of the result to a client.

Is there a way to create a static copy of the results of the linked workbook? I don't want to have to send all the workbook links - I just want to display the summary results as actual numbers.

I realize that one way to do this would be to create a PDF but that doesn't allow them to import the data and use it themselves. I'm trying to save a re-typing step.
