Static Time in Excel

I know how to capture the time but the time keeps changing within the cell as the PC changes time. I want an automatic time capture that does not change with the PC....I know that this works =now()-today() but the time within the cell will change with the PC time........Is there anyway to keep this from happening?

If you search for 'enter time' in XL help, the first suggested topic (at least in XL2003) is 'Enter data in worksheet cells' The first section in that topic is 'Enter numbers, text, a date, or a time' It tells you how to enter the current time.
