statistiXL in excel 2010

Hello, We just bought the statistiXL so we can do circular graphs on excel. We payed and installed the program so we can use it on excel 2010. However i don't find it on the menu...I did have the trial version of excel 2007 and I could see the add-on section, but not on 2010... Did anyone manage to use it on excel 2010? I email them but without a response and the latest version of their add-in is from 2007...which makes me feel they've changed business... Any comment would help. Thanks, C

I don't use it so ideas are limited.
The first thing that I would check is that the add-in is 'enabled'. In Excel 2010 use the File TAB, Options, Add-ins,

Thanks Derek, I did manage to load it manually. in 2007 it would show up automatically.
