Status form

I have a long macro which opens and runs a lot of sheets. I would like a nice GUI form to open then have a scrolling status. Similar to when you copy/move a large file in MS Windows it opens a dialog/form which then counts across the status with a blue bar.

Any ideas how I can do this, I have seen one before with a red status bar.
