Still having problems!!

I've been trying to get my chart to have multiple groups of stacked bars & lines.
I was directed to the link below, which showed me what i needed to do.
I managed to get the multiple groups, but I also wanted to have lines.

E.g. I've got 12 series I want to plot per month, two stacks of three and the remaining 6 as lines.

I tried just clicking on the series, then chart type and selecting line. It does this and the legend shows it as done, but there is no sigh of this on the graph.

Any ideas

Just noticed that it looks like the points are being plotted on the graph, but for some reason the lines between the points are not being shown, even though the format has the lines as visable.


Are there any ways to force the lines?
