Hi There

I am trying to create a spreadsheet that tracks the removal fo stock from stores to a site and then back again.

Example please see attached.

What i am trying to do is track how much stock goes out, what is left in stock then when the stock was returned to stores and how much was returned to stores, what is outstanding etc, so i can keep track of who is taking what out of the building. any ideas or suggestions this is what i have so far.

for example if the qty returned is equal to what was taken out then the stock available needs to return to 52, as 52 is what we will hold if nothing is taken out.

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
the image looks OK - you could just use a simple math formula to check if the same amount has been returned
Not sure i understand exactly what you need now - since the sample looks ok, with some simple arithmetic to automate
