I want to place one or more buttons made from drawing shapes at the top of the screen but keep them there when the screen scrolls sideways - is this possible?

I know I can freeze some columns but this would mean freezing more screen than is practical.

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest

Right-Click on the button, and select "format properties" -- you will find what you want there...

that's what I thought but deselecting those radio buttons doesn't stop it scrolling with the columns...

Except maybe you freeze the columns and ensure they are to the left of the frozen columns

1. You don't have to. They sit still unless you move them.

2. No I don't have a link to a tutorial, but they are called CommandBars and the controls on them are CommandBarControls.
