I have five computers. When I record a macro, some machines have the Stop REcord button toolbar and some don't. I have to stop the recorder by using the Tools menu. Any help is appreciated.

Hello Bill

A possible explanation is that when recording
a macro you closed it by clicking the x button in the stop recording toolbar.
To fix this go to
view>toolbars>customize, select toolbars and find the "stop recording" toolbar and checkit.
After this when you record a new macro it will appear again.
Do not close the toolbar when recording with
x , just click on the "stop recording button"
