stop my moving drop down boxes

I have created a time sheet in excel/vba with clock in and out times using drop down boxes. If you do a print preview and then close, the drop down buttons move to the far left. Also, when you print the time sheet the drop down buttons will move to the far left. How do I get the drop down buttons to stay put??
