My knowledge of excel is rather limited as you can read from the request below, however I would appreciate any assistance or advise on the matter.
I work in admissions and we are inputting weekly group bookings for one year in advance. We are taking bookings for every week in July and August.
Bookings keep changing, we are deleting and adding as we go along. We are 3 working on the same document. However, we would like to keep all the records to be able to analyze them without storing every single version when we amend the document. What would be the best way to do so.
We basically have vertically week, 1, week 2,.... until week 8 and horizontally names of groups and we write number of people in respective weeks
Thanks in advance for any advice , Magrim

Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.

Thanks. It is actually the other way around, it is something like the table below:
group 1group 2group 3group 4
week 1711
week 222811
week 3118
week 421934
week 5912
week 6
week 7

However your suggestion would still work. Thanks,M
