Strange Error Message

I get the following msg when closing a workbook. None other are open.

"This workbook is currently referenced by another workbook and cannot be closed."

Once I close the msg window, the workbook then closes. any ideas as to what is happening?

I've tried that and I get yet another error msg:
"Name conflicts with existing module, project, or object library"
