Strange Formula Error, Please Help!

Hi All,

When my spreadsheet is sorted in the same order as when I wrote my formula everything works fine (please see image below):

However, when I filter my spreadsheet in any way the formula changes (please see image below):

I've never encountered anything like this before. Please let me know if you have any ideas and thanks in advance for the help!!

What is the name of the sheet the formula is on?

In that case use CZ12 & not Contracts!CZ12.
You should never refer to the name of the sheet the formula is on.
