Strange formula request

Hi,
I've got a workbook with three sheets named Alpha, Beta, and Delta. I'd like a formula in cell B1 in Alpha that will look in cell A1 in Alpha, and if it sees "Beta" it will return the contents of cell A1 in Beta, and if it sees "Delta" it will return the contents of cell A1 in Delta.
