Strange "Out of Memory Error" on Close

I have two files open. Both are pretty complicated with lot's of graphs, Shapes, pictures and formulas.

File2 is the Active Workbook.
When I simply Save File 2 from the "File" tab - No problem

Then, I have a "Button" on File2, that calls a macro in File1, simply:

Sub CloseFile2()
ActiveWindow.Close (True)
End Sub

Another weird symptom, relates to the Forms. There are several Forms. As I work in the s'sheet, the Form opens, I execute some action, then Close Form. BUT! If I roll-over the file icons in the Task Bar, and the File I'm on appears on screen, it STILL SHOWS the Form!

What's going on? Any troubleshooting tips? Thanks!!

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
A very odd fix... After doing some looking around, someone had suggested just closing the VBA Window prior to executing the code. It WORKED! What? Can someone explain? Was that VBA Developer window actually occupying a ton of memory?
