This is weird I need to export my worksheet to a text file. The strange part is that I need the text keep the column structure. I need to go the reverse of text to columns. Is there a way to do that?

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.

Try saving the file with the Formatted Text (Space Delimited) (*.prn). This will export as a space delimited file, and all your columns will line up in the text file.
