Strike Through Text

Just a simple one to get me started!

- How do I keep my text in a cell but strike a line through it? Although the text that is in the cell is no longer correct or relevant I don't want to delete the text that is in the cell but I do want to make the reader see that it is no longer correct or relevant by striking a single line through the text itself, how do I do this?

Any help is much appreciated!
 

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
