Stuck on a simple formula

Hello,

I've multiplied using this formula ---> =SUM(B1*A2)/12 and got the result of 2.0 which is correct. However, when I try to copy down the formula this is what I get. 0.6 (in blue)is the result of the drag/copy down and the result should be 2.3. Each cell keeps referencing back to B1

I've used excel for years and never had this kind of problem. I guess my brain is stuck. I'm not sure how to insert a worksheet here.
