Stuck on Basics - Making XY Chart from YX Data

I may be too stupid to live.

I would simply like to make an XY Scatter chart - where the X-Axis Data is in column C (header in C1), and the Y-Axis data is in column B (header in B1), and I'd like to label the points with the text in column A.

I keep futzing with it, and I either get it backwards (i.e., X pulls from B, Y pulls from C), or it's all over the place (X = row number, and Y pulls from B AND C).

Beginner problem, I know. But still.

Thanks. I think I got it. I swear I did everything that was in the video, gut wasn't getting the results. (Although i never tried starting with a "blank" cell)
