I am new to signing up however have been using the site for a while now and im looking to the excel gurus for urgent assistance!

I have been asked to create a tool control register and ended up using excel for this.
Only thing is, I am not very good at all in creating a form! Currently I am using the 'Form' button to open one up and completing the tasks in there however this can overwrite some data and is hard to work around for others, as I will be leaving them to run the store system!
It appears I cannot attach an example of the database but below is a link to an example.

Please could anyone try and help it is driving me insane! Guys in stores cannot really get their heads round working the form as it is also required to complete searches as well as inputting and showing of data. I can do this using the form button but that appears to be all and it is too complicated for them
