Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
You don't need ISERROR, you just need to check for 0 in D32.

Perhaps:

Code:
=IF(Sheet2!D32=0,"",SUM(Sheet2!D30:D31)/Sheet2!D32*100000)

you could do
=if(iserror(sum('sheet 2'!d30:d31)/'sheet 2'!d32*100000),"",sum('sheet 2'!d30:d31)/'sheet 2'!d32*100000)

or, =if('sheet 2'!d32=0,"",sum('sheet 2'!d30:d31)/'sheet 2'!d32*100000)
