I'm using Access 2003 to build a database and I have hidden all the full menus and database window in the startup pane... in Access 2000 I used to be able to press Shift on open and it would open in full mode - that doesn't seem to work in 2003 - what am I doing wrong? I've pressed F11 in the db to get into the database window but my toolbars are still not showing!
