Sub-totals

Hey there.

I am using the sub-total function in the data menu. Is there any way to have the totals displayed in the next column rather than underneath or above the data?

Cheers, Diza

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Its a rather long list and cutting and pasting would bring along all the values that make up the sub-totals, and for future use in the spreadsheet I am only interested in the totals.

I have found a way though, which seems to do the job this time ..... using an IF function =if(right(a1,5)="Total",Q1,"")

Thanks for your help though.

Cheers, Diza
