I'm sure there's a way to do this, but I can't seem to figure it out...

I have a table with the following fields

Key
Name
Date
Problem
Resolution

The Problem and Resolution fields are memo fields. I want to display all the records for the name and date field on a form, and display only the problem and resolution fields for the record selected.

Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Why not create a form with the Key, Problem and Resolution fields.

Make it a continuous form.

Then create the main form with just Key, Name and Date.

Then with the toolbox wizard turned on add a subform control. follow the steps to create a link between the forms.
