How do I substitute "$ 0.00" for "$ - " in Excel 2013 Accounting number format?

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
I got it using this number format (entered in the 'Custom' group).
_-[$$-409]* #,##0.00_ ;_-[$$-409]* -#,##0.00 ;_-[$$-409]* "-"??_ ;_-@_
Hope that helps

Thanks. That worked. I had to modify that a little because the "0.00" wasn't lining up with the other numbers. It was centered even though I didn't have format set for centering.

So it looks like this:
_($* #,##0.00_);_($* (#,##0.00);_($* "0.00"_);_(@_)

Thanks again.
