I have no knowledge of pivotables but have pretty much set one up and it looks fine, the only thing I can't get it to do is a total dependant on another column having a value in it (but the actual numbers I want to add up are in other row).

Clear as mud, I know but anybody firstly make sense of that and suggest a answer?

I'll try explain more, say I have Error No, Value and Skipped. and in error number is my is my row in the layout, I've then got a Count of Errors and total of errors and a no. of skipped but I want a total of the skipped field but the actual figure to add up is from the Value Field.

Fingers crossed.

Thanks
