Hi,

I know that there is a way to remove or add subtotal for different fields, however does anyone know how to add subtotal only for the fields that have more than 1 value? I don't want to to subtotal for anything that has only 1 value.

Thanks guys,

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
There isn't an option for that. It's all or nothing.

Thanks so much. Does anyone know how to not have to use pivot table for this subtotal but can use other formulas?
