Subtotals & Insert Blank Row

I need assistance creating a macro that does the following

1.On the subtotal row, the cell color for Column A thru H should change to color index= 43 and the subtotal amount should change to Bold font Red Text

2. Insert a blank row after the subtotal row.

Forgot to mention, the subtotal amount resides in column C
