Hello,
I am trying to find out a date excluding weekends.
For example,
If A1 is updated 15th of Aug, I need a formula to subtract 3 working days from 15th of Aug which is 10th of Aug (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

Thank you.

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?

Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
How about
Excel Formula:
