Subtracting Business Hours

I am trying to subtract 8 hours from a date / time field. I want to only include weekdays and business hours. Can someone help? Thanks

For ex.

What are the business hours you are referring to?

Anything from Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM.

So if I have a value of Monday 9AM... Subtracting 8 business hours would give me a value of Friday 10AM as it should only count weekdays from 8-5. Does that make sense?
