In Excel 2000, I have a column with a date and another with a time, these are for the date complaint received and the time. I have another two columns one for the date and another for the time the complaint has action. What I wish to do is be able to have a further column showing the delay between receiving the complaint and the time action was taken. The data comes from another programme where I have no control.
I would appreciate your advise.

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
plettieri,
Thanks for the advise, it put me on the correct path and all is working OK.
