Subtracting Percentages Issue

Hey all! I know this is very minor but I can't seem to remember this...I want to subtract two percentages but get a value in the value field instead of a percent. Example:
18.1% - 18.7% = -0.6

I want to do that but without the percent sign. If i do it normally it changes my equal value to -.01

I know its a simple formatting trick but I can't remember it. Thanks!

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
bump.... just to clarify things I want the formula I posted above to look exactly like that...but when I do it I get -0.01 instead of -0.6 (need to keep the subtracting values as percentages however).
