Suggestion for efficient posting

Hello everyone,

I read the introductory information and immediately thought that if I had a form factor, I could post faster, more efficiently, and in turn, I'd get more responses and solutions. As Charlie Sheen would say, winning! So here is a screen shot. I got the screenshot by using the free Excel Jeanie. Took me 3 minutes to download, learn, and use.

Not a question. Sorry, wasn't sure where to post. This is my first day here. It's a suggestion. Just delete it if doesn't make sense. Sorry for the confusion. Trying to help.
