Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me out with creating a spreadsheet for the following scenario:
I want show a high level picture of where all of our clients are within 10 phases of our project. After each client finishes a phase they move on to the next. Each client is in a region from 1 - 9 and we assign them a name with the region name included (i.e. "1 - Client1", "1 - Client 2", "2 - Client 1".
I was thinking of having 10 columns for the different phases and then entering the clients in the appropriate cell. This means that the data in the rows will not relate to eachother, and didn't know if that was a good idea.
The other thing I wanted to do was create charts for all of the clients based on regions. For example, I'd like to know how many clients from region 1 are in phase 4 ... or what percent of all the clients come from region 6.
If anyone has any ideas, I'd really appreciate it. Hopefully I've provided enough info. If not, let me know.
