Sum Across Tabs on Multiple Sheets for date ranges

Below is the formula i'm attempting to use but I keep receiving an error:

=+SUMIFS('test2:End Tab'!$U$19:$U$20,'test2:End Tab'!$Q$19:$Q$20,">"&B10,'test2:End Tab'!$Q$19:$Q$20,"<"&C10)

= SUMIFS(range of amounts, Criteria of dates ranges across tabs, after date, criteria of dates ranges across tabs, before date)

Any assistance is appreciated.
