Hello Everyone,

Is it possible to sum a column of numbers after applying a filter, summing up only the visible numbers and not the numbers hidden by the filter?

Thanks

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.

The SUBTOTAL function can be used...

=SUBTOTAL(9,Range)

See the help files for additional functions allowed by the SUBTOTAL function.

Hope this helps!
