Hi,
I successfully followed this guide to leverage the index+match function with multiple criteria:
How to Use INDEX MATCH MATCH

The example from the article more or less fits with the use case, re-pasting it here:

Compared to this example, though, I have a few differences that I'm finding hard to implement. Being:
1. I have an offset between the matching row and the one where I have to pick up the value from
2. The table contains way more data and some of the rows are not relevant, making it harder to use sumproduct
3. I have multiple rows with the same value in the State column

The formula I'm using now works and is the following:
=INDEX(Hires!$A:$BA; MATCH($A15;Hires!$B:$B;0)+4; MATCH(HR!AG$2;Hires!$1:$1;0))

The only problem I have is that, given "3" above, I need to be able to sum together all of the results coming from the index+match function, while now I'm just returned with the first matching value.
I've tried researching for two hours and trying different approaches but most rely on a well formatted table that I don't have. My sheet looks like this:

Where G24 is one of the values I have to sum, the criteria are defined in another sheet and the search for the match happens on the "B" column, looking for all the occurrences of CLO or "Busines development, advertising ..." and summing the RAL value for each month.

Thanks in advance :)
