sum based on current date

I have 2 rows of info. The top has dates through next month.The second row has numbers under the dates (except for dates that have not yet occurred). How can I add the numbers up to the current date? I want the data to repopulate everyday with the date change. Sumifs? Help!

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
