Sum Column (X) When Column (Y) Meets a certain criteria

I'm trying to Sum Column K starting when Column L <>"" and have it continue to sum until Column L <>"" again. I need this to continue down through the spreadsheet.

I have manually summed how I would like the final result to look like in column M

Any Help would be greatly appreciated!

Why don't you repeat the entries in column L and use SUMIF? Here's how:

Assuming your data is in rows 1 thru 25, enter this in M1 and copy down:

=IF(L1="","",SUM(K1:K$25)-SUM(M2:M$26))
