SUM IF Formula..

Hi All,

Am facing problem with issue of Sumif formula.

I have two cols in sheet 1 ( GL and Amount ) amounts are blank.

And i have another sheet (Sheet2) and have two cols( GL and Amounts), in this sheets, the GL and amounts are multiple..

With the help of i need to pull the amounts from another sheet and it has to sum up the amounts in sheet2.

Can someone provide the formula..please....

=SUMIF(Sheet2!A:A,A1,Sheet2!B:B)

I miss out one more thing..

even i need formula if amounts are less than "0" or >"0"
