I have a column which contains either "Stocked", "NonStocked" or "Sourced", another column containing either "Manual Review", "Repatriate" or "Clearance" and another column containing a sales value.

What I would like to so is SUM the sales value field when the 1st column contains "Stocked" & the 2nd column contains "Manaul Review"...Is there any way I can do this without creating a new field with a concatenated value.

Any help would be greatly received.

Regards

Carly

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
Try something like:

=SUMPRODUCT(--(A1:A5="stocked"),--(B1:B5="manual review"),--(C1:C5))
