I have unknown number of values in a column starting from cell I4 and going down. I want to sum all the values in column I and answer goes in the cell just below the data.

How should I write VB code ?

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Try

Code:
Dim LR As Long
LR = Range("I" & Rows, Count).End(xlUp).Row
Range("I" & LR + 1).Value = WorksheetFunction.Sum(Range("I4:I" & LR))

Alternative
Code:
Sub sums()
Dim e As Range
Set e = [i4]
If e(2) = "" Then e(2) = e Else _
    e.End(4)(2) = Application.Sum(Range(e, e.End(4)))
End Sub
