SUM INDEX AND MATCH IN MULTIPLE COLUMN

Hi,
in the below image
I have to match C1 with B5:B36 Next
Match B1 with multiple columns C5:C36, E5:E36, G5:G36 then SUM D5:D36, F5:F36, H5:H36

Kindly Help in Formulating the formula
